When you
set a goal for yourself, you are doing so with the conscious
part of your mind.
But your
behavior and choices are dictated by the subconscious.
The subconscious does not let you change your behavior
because it thinks it is
giving you what you want, and keeping you out of
danger. That's its
job. To make sure you survive, keep you safe, and give
you what you want. The conflict arises when you
decide you want something different than your subconscious
believes you do, and you try to change. The
subconscious mind sees change as risky... scary... dangerous!
And it takes your expression of what you want in the
most literal terms... It
believes that what you focus on is what you want. So
if you are focusing on "I want to lose weight" - that's
what you will get. You
will continue to stay in a state of wanting to lose weight!
To be able
to effectively change your habits, you must have the
agreement of your subconscious, and you must give it the
'real' message clearly.
There are
several ways of doing this -
and two
of the fastest, easiest, and most permanent ways are EFT and
hypnosis. When these modalities are used
together, they can seem like magic...

Now
that you know why, learn how.
And
beginning this year, you can actually keep the resolutions you
make!
