Stop Smoking NOW

Cigarette smoking is not physically addictive.  Sorry, but it's true.  There isn't anything physically addictive about cigarettes.  If there were,  you would have to continually be smoking to function normally... that means you literally would not be able to sleep without being awakened by a craving for a cigarette.  You would not be able to go - sometimes for hours - without adverse physical effects (you might get a bit cranky, but that is not a physical effect; it's a mental/emotional one).  Physical addiction requires an increase in dosage just to maintain normal functioning.  Smokers go for years smoking their accustomed pack or 2 packs a day without any increase.  Smokers can quit cold turkey.  In other words, THERE IS NO ADVERSE  PHYSICAL EFFECT WHEN NICOTINE IS SUDDENLY NO LONGER  PRESENT IN THE BODY.   How do I know smoking isn't really physically addictive?  Because when I went through this stop smoking hypnosis program I NEVER HAD ANOTHER CRAVING FOR A CIGARETTE.  No withdrawals.  No crankiness.  No jitters.  No more midnight runs to the gas station for a pack.  One day I smoked, and the next day I didn't.  Period. 

Let's see... how much do you spend on this habit?  Smoke a pack a day?  At an average price of $4 a pack, that's $1,460 a year!!!!  Two packs a day?  Three?  Do the math!  Do you think you could find a better use for an extra $1400 this year?  How much more freedom would you have in your life if you weren't constantly having to size up any situation with an eye to where and when you could go have a smoke?  

So why do we think we are addicted to smoking?  It's called SOCIAL ENGINEERING, and the cigarette companies do it better than anyone in the world.  They make you think you can't break the habit... and if you think you can't, YOU CAN'T.  Even the medical community has bought into their social engineering and continues to support this fiction!  The cigarette manufacturers can fool doctors!  But they no longer have to fool YOU.  You can achieve the same thing I did; smoker one day, nonsmoker the next - with minimal hardship.  Because hypnotists know that smoking is a habit, not an addiction.  We send hundreds, maybe even thousands, of people out the door every year smoke-free!  It takes only 2-3 days for the nicotine to leave your body after you quit smoking - so that urge to smoke that some people claim they have even years later is ALL IN THEIR MIND.  That's where cravings come from!  Don't be a slave to a craving that was planted in your mind by unscrupulous, deceptive cigarette manufacturers or makers of "patches" and "nicotine gum".  It's all about the profit!  You don't even need that stuff to stop smoking!  Be YOUR OWN  PERSON and be smoke-free this year!
